Forward Advantage can help your organization maintain existing scanned archives as you migrate to MEDITECH’s Scanning and Archiving application. Using our proprietary conversion tool, we provide the components and services to MEDITECH customers looking to convert their scanned documents from other vendors, like Blue Chip or Valco.

Forward Advantage’s archiving management services assists your organization in determining which application modules and data should be archived and converted.  Our project management develops a detailed project plan outlining the modules, archived outputs, and a go-live date. Standard import formats for converted data is provided by MEDITECH, and Forward Advantage handles the rest, including: data analysis, conversion setup and installation, testing, and post go-live cleanup. With Forward Advantage, your organization will receive a MEDITECH-approved service ensuring that archived documents are always readily available.
