Bed Stat is an automated telephony solution for reporting bed status information, available to facilities using MEDITECH’s Bed Board.  Built on the Communication Director platform, it allows housekeeping staff to report the status of beds directly to MEDITECH’s Bed Board using virtually any phone, providing real-time information delivered accurately and efficiently.

Features

• Interactive Voice Response – Housekeeping personnel call the Bed Stat system from any phone and respond to voice prompts for bed location, employee number and bed status.

• Increase Efficiency – Bed Stat maximizes efficiency providing a familiar telephone interface, eliminating the requirement of providing housekeeping staff training and system access. The information is captured by Bed Stat and transferred directly to the MEDITECH Bed Board system, providing Admissions, and other departments immediate access to accurate bed status.
